We are thrilled to welcome George Heath to Chambers who joins us as our newest pupil after successful completion of his Barristers Training Course at Nottingham Law School where he received a Very Competent classification.
Prior to completing the BTC, George was a Prison Law Advocate for a leading national Prison Law Firm of Solicitors. There he routinely represented Clients in Parole Board Oral Hearings and Independent Adjudications. Following this, George became a Family Court Advocate for a large multi-service Firm of Solicitors in the Midlands where he regularly appeared for Clients in a range of proceedings including Injunctions and Children Act matters.
George was the recipient of the Lord Denning Major Scholarship Award by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn as well as the Taylor Prize for Outstanding Academic Contribution to Nottingham Law School.
George’s pupillage is in common law under the supervision of Christopher O’Gorman.
