Welcome to Cornwall Street
We are one of the leading sets of Barristers’ Chambers with over 50 Barristers practising in and around Birmingham, Oxford and Shrewsbury. We provide strength and experience across a wide range of legal disciplines with expertise in a number of specialist niche areas.
For over 50 years we have continued to provide an unsurpassed level of client care with approachable and business-like Barristers and an efficient and friendly Clerking Team. Solicitor clients from all disciplines benefit from quick turnaround of advisory work, transparent and clear fee structures and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively with Members of Chambers. We work in partnership with solicitors to achieve the best outcome for the client whatever the nature of the case, whatever the stage of the litigation. We have developed a quality assurance programme which ensures the maintenance of high levels of service to the client.
Our Barristers’ practices fall within one or two of the core practice groups within Chambers, namely the Criminal Team, the Family Team, the Civil Team and the Regulatory Team. Each team comprises Barristers of diverse seniority and experience but of universally high quality in advocacy, drafting and advisory work.
Our Barristers are regulated by the Bar Standards Board and their regulatory details can be found on the BSB’s Barrister Register.
