Our expertise
Our team is a unique collaboration of specialist barristers with expertise in criminal, military, civil and family law who have additional expertise in service law and life which they bring to bear to give service personnel, both serving and retired the best possible outcomes. We can work directly with service personnel in need of help as well as accepting instructions from Solicitors in the more traditional manner.
Our barristers have been involved in some of the most important service law cases of the last fifteen years as well as representing individual service personnel at every level in the Criminal, Service and Family Justice Systems as well as in front of senior commanders and tribunals. Members are regularly instructed to represent service personnel accused of serious offences and in complex family law proceedings where knowledge of the three services and their regulations is vital.
