Arjun Johal (Call: 1998) has joined Cornwall Street Barristers from Rowchester Chambers.
Arjun’s family law practice consists of mainly private children and family finance. He has worked both in private practice at the Bar and in commerce and industry having worked in-house in the commercial department at Rolls Royce Aerospace.
He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Cornwall Street Barristers and am looking forward to the opportunities to develop my practice at the set. The quality of the work and clients at Cornwall Street is fantastic and I hope to work both in Birmingham and further afield across the South Western and South Eastern Circuits as well as in the Central Courts in London via Cornwall Street’s various bases in London, Birmingham, Oxford, and Maidstone.”
Arjun’s Public and Private Family law practice covers all aspects of Family work and he appears in the Family Court and the County Court on a regular basis. He is regularly instructed in cases involving non-molestation orders and represents clients at fact-finding hearings. He often represents parties where an application has been made for a child arrangements order/prohibited steps order.
