Following a 4 week trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court that concluded yesterday, Oliver Woolhouse, led by Amjad Malik KC, secured a unanimous acquittal of Murder, Manslaughter and Possession of Bladed Articles on behalf of his client Joseph Whittaker.

Two co-defendants were found guilty of murdering the 16 year old boy by attacking him from behind as he was walking home listening to music on his headphones.
