Monday 6th July 2020, saw Oxford Crown Court open their doors to the first trial since March 2020.
Kellie Enever was instructed by Johnson & Gaunt Solicitors to represent a defendant indicted for possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. After three days, the jury retired to deliberate. An hour and half later they returned their verdict, unanimously acquitting the defendant.
