Jonathan Coode secures acquittal for client in Reading Crown Court.
On the seventh day of his re-trial before Miss Recorder Drake the jury unanimously acquitted Mr Tyler of both counts on the indictment after deliberating for two hours.
Mr Jonathan Coode, instructed by Karla Sims of Albin and Co, represented Mr Tyler who faced allegations of rape and assault by penetration.
