Chambers were delighted to host the first BLS Networking for Lawyers for 2023, which continues to surprise us by the enthusiastic support it receives from so many lawyers. Held on 19 January 2023, we welcomed 54 young lawyers throughout the night who along with beer, wine and pizza, networked and competed to win Catch the Light and Atari Pong. Our first prize (a bottle of champagne) was awarded to Sarah Gale of Gateley with runners up, Steven Overs of Citizens Advice Birmingham and Hannah Roberts of Bevan Brittan, each receiving a bottle of prosecco and wine for the efforts.
Overall, the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, with 100 percent of participants commenting favourably on the event.
