We are thrilled to announce Nomsa Chizhowezha has joined us today.
Nomsa completed her pupillage at a set in Northampton where she undertook a common law pupillage. During and post pupillage her principal area of interest is Family Law where she has regularly accepted instructions in both private and public law proceedings.
Following her achievements of obtaining a First Class law degree from Anglia Ruskin University, a Distinction in her Professional Legal Practice Masters and a Very Competent on the BPTC, Nomsa worked as a County Court Advocacte appearing before District Judges in Landlord and Tenant, Debt Recovery, Mortgage repossession and small claims hearings.
Complementing our busy Oxford Criminal Law practice, we are seeing an ever increasing number of enquiries and instructions for Civil and Family Law work in Oxfordshire, Thames Valley and the surrounding areas. This has resulted in us needing to recruit so that we can ensure we have Barristers available to service the work. Nomsa will be clerked from both our Birmingham and Oxford offices but will undertake common law work in the Oxfordshire area with a focus on Family Law.
