We are delighted to announce Amy Richardson (called 2009) has joined Chambers from Quartz Barristers.
Amy has nearly 15 years advocacy experience and client management in a variety of areas, namely, children (both public and private) and high value financial dispute resolution.
In addition to this, Amy is a qualified Guernsey Advocate and as a result has had exposure to an extremely broad and high-calibre scope of work, and so can operate a varied and high-volume practice.
Her care work has seen her be instructed on matters that are highly complex acting for local authorities, guardians, family members and intervenors. Her High Court/High Cost Cases have included cases involving inter-family sexual abuse, non accidental injury, fictitious illness and emotional and physical neglect. As an offshore advocate, Amy’s financial dispute resolution practice has included representing clients in high end complex cases involving high net worth individuals which have involved cross examination of forensic experts.
