Alice Aubrey-Fletcher, instructed by Chloe Turner of Vienna Kang Advocates, secures acquittals for her client charged with Dangerous Driving, three counts of assault and possession of a bladed article.
The defendant was said to have panicked when approached by police in a pub car park and driven off with an officer attached to his car. He was alleged to have assaulted three officers during the course of the incident which led to his subsequent detention and arrest. A knife was found in the glove compartment of the car when searched by police.
After a trial in which the jury heard live evidence from four police officers and after nearly four hours of deliberation, the client was unanimously acquitted on all counts.
