Adrian Redgrave QC and Katie Fox successfully defended a man charged with attempt murder of a police officer.
The defendant, who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia, had stabbed the officer in the neck and was convicted instead of the lesser charge of s.18. Instructed by solicitors Evans Derry, counsel secured the admissibility of evidence from several consultant psychiatrists through one expert witness.
