Cornwall Street is delighted to announce that leading Complex Injury Silk, Theo Huckle QC (Call 1985; QC 2011) has accepted an invitation to join Chambers as a practising door tenant.

Theo specialises in Complex and Catastrophic Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease and Product Liability work but is very much a strategic leader in common law fields. He has a very impressive and long list of notable cases including recently being instructed to represent police officers injured when they attended the Grenfell Tower disaster, and he has acted in many cases at all levels up to and including several cases in the Supreme Court.

Theo was until recently Head of the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team at Doughty Street Chambers, and just became Chair of the Bar Council’s Wellbeing At The Bar Working Group. He is a board member of JUSTICE.org.uk and of Advocate (Bar Pro Bono Unit), and Chair of Welsh Rowing.

For full details of his background and practice, see theohuckleqc.com.

Theo is fully qualified for and will welcome instructions to advise under the Bar’s Direct Access scheme. Please refer to the Chambers’ guide for Public Access clients here.

James Farmer, Chambers Director, said “I can’t be more excited about Theo joining Chambers. His exceptional expertise in complex injury will be a major boost to our already highly respected Civil Team and we look forward to being able to work with him.”
