On Friday 16th October, members of Cornwall Street Barristers stepped up to the oche for a 12-hour darts marathon to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Organised by Criminal Practice Manager Chris Jones, and supported by staff and counsel, members interrupted work to join in the fun extending well after hours, reflecting upon the invaluable work done by Macmillan to assist some of the estimated 1200 people a day in the UK who receive this devastating diagnosis, including many very close to home.
With donations to date totalling almost £1200, we thank Chris for taking the time to organise the event and for all who donated.
