Daniel Janner KC has successfully prosecuted a 45-year-old defendant who was convicted of raping and organising gang rapes of a 14-year-old girl on numerous occasions over a two-year period. A jury at Wolverhampton Crown Court returned guilty verdicts after hearing harrowing evidence relating to the prolonged grooming and exploitation of a vulnerable girl in care.
Sentencing will take place in November.
