David Peters K.C. of Essex Court Chambers has been instructed on behalf of the Claimants to lead Michael Trevelyan of Cornwall Street Barristers in complex and high value commercial litigation listed for hearing later this month at the High Court. The claim is pleaded at over £10,000,000.00 and involves the enforceability and interpretation of various contractual documents entered into by two Claimants, one based in Switzerland, and five Defendants based variously in London and Luxembourg. The parties are a combination of businesses and individuals.
