Joshua Purser, instructed by Owen Nash & Co, secured unanimous acquittals on each count of the indictment for his client charged with multiple dwelling house burglaries recently at Wolverhampton Crown Court. The Crown’s case had the Defendant forensically linked to each attacked premises with DNA found on a number of movable objects.
