Joshua Purser, instructed by John Onions Solicitors, successfully defended one of two individuals charged with a vicious robbery in Stratford Upon Avon leaving the complainant with a fractured jaw and facial injuries.
The Crown’s case rested on an identification from CCTV and possession of one of the stolen items upon arrest. Joshua Purser secured an acquittal for his client after a successful submission of no case to answer at the close of the prosecution case.
