The Attorney General’s Regional Panel undertakes civil work outside London and the South East for all government departments.
The Attorney General’s panels of counsel consists of just over 400 junior counsel in addition to any standing counsel and the First Treasury Counsel, Sir James Eadie QC, who undertake civil and EU including: Contract/Commercial, Education, including teacher regulation proceedings, Human Rights, Inquests, Land and Planning/Environmental, Property and criminal and regulatory issues arsing from public law cases.
