Amy Richardson, Deputy Head of Family Law, successfully represented a parent from the travelling community in a case brought on behalf of a local authority seeking findings of a deliberate / non accidental skull fracture
After a contested finding of fact hearing, no findings were made against Amy’s client, and the court ruled threshold was not met. In the family proceedings the child was to be returned to the care of the parents.
