Mark Karpinski, instructed by Alice Dodd of Lewis Nedas Solicitors, successfully defended an RAF Regiment AS1 at Bulford Court Martial.
The case concerned an incident between multiple individuals, all serving members of the RAF, that took place in the early hours of a Friday morning at RAF Brize Norton following an evening of drinking alcohol. Mr Karpinski’s client was charged with ABH and, following a week long trial, was found Not Guilty by the Board.
Mark Karpinski is a former RAF Officer. He also served as an Inspector in Thames Valley Police. His experience makes him ideally suited to representing members of the armed forces and police who find themselves the subject of disciplinary or criminal proceedings.
