Julian Lynch, instructed by Jack Lester of Welch & Co solicitors, has secured the acquittal of a Girl Guide leader accused of historic sexual offences. The Defendant, a woman of good character, faced a 12-count indictment relating to alleged offences against a 15 year old girl. 6 counts were dismissed at the close of the prosecution case, and the jury unanimously acquitted the Defendant of the remainder.
