Tim Sapwell has been commended by his client and instructing solicitor following a recent trial at Catterick Military Court Centre. Following his acquittal of sexual assault, the British Army soldier spoke of his gratitude after a difficult case that carried the risk of significant personal and career consequences in the event of a conviction, stating that he ‘couldn’t recommend him highly enough.’
Passing on the thanks, Jonathan Lynch at Lynch Law, a specialist in criminal law and military discipline, described Tim as ‘an outstanding advocate.’
A former member of the British Army himself, Tim Sapwell appears regularly in the military and Crown Courts and can be instructed through our criminal clerks at crime@cornwallstreet.co.uk.
