Andrew Wilkins has been instructed to prosecute a man charged with murder after an incident at Tamworth railway station earlier this month. Following an investigation by the British Transport Police and instructions from CPS Birmingham, the trial is expected to last for two weeks and taken place at Stafford Crown Court in October.
