Background
Sarbjit qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and specialised in Family Law.
Whilst in private practice Sarbjit was partner at a prominent Birmingham City Centre Firm for 5 years. He then set up his own practice in 2003 where he specialised in Criminal and Family law. He is a former Duty Solicitor and a former member of the Law Society’s Family Panel.
In 2013 he began working as the Principal Advocate at Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council dealing with childcare cases. He conducted the majority of contested hearings in house as well as having conduct of his own caseload.
