Mark Karpinski has secured convictions in a case involving multiple counts of sexual assault against a child. Instructed by the Thames Chiltern Rape and Serious Sexual Offences Unit, Mark led the jury through historic evidence relating to a period commencing in 2016 when the defendant was in his 40s and the child was aged between 7 and 10 years. The guilty verdicts were unanimous.
