Jonathan was instructed by West Midlands Crown Prosecution Service and West Mercia Major Investigation Unit regarding the tragic death of a 59-year-old Worcester man in May 2025. The man was punched to the head by Jack Taylor and died as a result of a fractured skull. The Jury at Worcester Crown Court rejected Mr Taylor’s account of self defence in 45 minutes and he was sentenced the following day to 7-and-a-half years’ imprisonment.
