Claire practices exclusively in family law. She represents local authorities, parents, grandparents and children.

She accepts instructions from parents, local authorities, grandparents and represents the children in both regular and emergency applications. Areas of expertise include interim removal and fact finding – including non-accidental and sexual assaults upon children.

Claire is regularly instructed in residence and contact disputes. Areas of expertise also include fact finding, prohibited steps, specific issue, enforcement and special guardianship applications.

Claire assists in matters involving Family Law Act injunctions and committal proceedings for breach of orders.
