We are thrilled to announce that Shannon O’Connor has successfully completed pupillage and her application to become a full tenant has been approved.

Shannon started her pupillage with Chambers in October 2019 and just as she was about to be on her feet in her second six the pandemic broke. She has experienced the unprecedented effects of the current pandemic, at a vulnerable time, with stoicism and determination. She is committed, articulate, highly motivated, capable and highly intelligent and despite the difficulties the pandemic has placed on junior members of the Bar and those completing pupillage during this difficult time, Shannon demonstrated qualities that met the Professional Statement for the Bar.

Shannon’s completion of pupilage and successful application to become a full tenant demonstrates Chambers’ continuing growth and brings the total number of practicing Barristers in Chambers to 61.

We wish Shannon all the best in her career as fully qualified self-employed Barrister.
