We are absolutely delighted to welcome Joshua Purser to Chambers who starts with us today. Joshua has a professional interest in sexual offences and has written a number of articles in the area. Most recently, he gave commentary on the new law surrounding sexual communications with children. He has a particular interest in crimes within the LGBTQ+ community and has been involved in cases concerning serious offences within same-sex couples.
Joshua has always had a keen interest in criminal practice and during his time at university worked for the Innocence Project, a charity which investigates purported miscarriages of justice and makes references to the Criminal Cases Review Commission.
