Term Time Holidays

The eagerly awaited Supreme Court decision in the matter of Isle of Wight Council v Platt [2017] UKSC 28 was handed down on 6 th April 2017. The decision is of interest, not only to criminal and family law practitioners, but also to every parent who has a child of compulsory school age.
