We are delighted to announce and welcome Gurpreet Rheel to Chambers whose recruitment further strengthens our highly regarded Family and Civil Teams.
Gupreet was called to the Bar in 2009 and joins us from Sheffield based set Bank House Chambers where she completed her pupillage back in 2015. Prior to completing pupillage she lead a team of advisers comprising Solicitors, former teachers and Union Branch Managers at NASUWT providing advice and representation to teacher members in respect of Employment and Discrimination matters.
She was also a County Court Advocate with Ashley Taylors Legal providing representation in a variety of matters including Landlord and Tenant disputes, forfeiture, mortgage repossession, infant settlements, insolvency, costs assessments, summary judgments and set aside applications as well as small claim RTA and credit hire matters.
Since coming to the Bar she has expanded her practice to include being instructed in all types of Family Law matters whether that be private law proceedings acting on behalf of either party in child arrangement issues or care proceedings acting on behalf of both parents or the local authority.
